(Q) My lot will not work with a conventional system. Can you help?

(A) Absolutely! Our customized systems work well with many contours and slopes of land. We can install a system on land with up to a 65% slope!

(Q) I have a lot of land that won’t perk. What do I do?

(A) Our team is dedicated to solving problems. With our soils and engineering team, we can provide a custom installation that works with the land that you have. Our systems pump oxygen into the effluent (dirty water) causing microorganisms to work 10,000 times faster than usual. Within 24 hours, the water is back to near drinking water.

(Q) My lot was denied a permit by DHEC. What's the next step?

(A) The next step is to have our soils classifier evaluate your soils so that our engineer can design a system for your land. We work closely with DHEC to get your land up to standards in order to get your permit. Our team members are experts with soil engineering and can get your lot up to code quickly.

(Q) What is your maintenance policy?

(A) Alternative Septic Services, LLC will provide two years of maintenance for free with your ClearStream® system. After that, we can set up a personalized maintenance agreement suited to your needs!
